Nick Cuccia is a New York native who traded snowy winters for sunny skies when he moved to Tampa to play football at the University of South Florida. He earned his degree in Finance, spent a few years in the corporate world, and then — like a lot of people during COVID — realized it was time for a change. Real estate had always been on Nick’s radar, and once he jumped in, he never looked back. With over $16 million in career sales and a growing portfolio of his own flips and investments, he knows what it takes to spot opportunity and close smart deals.
