Chief Executive Officer / Broker
Mike is obsessed with two things, real estate and helping people. His lifelong goal is perfecting the real estate transaction and he will not stop until he has achieved it. Mike is currently working on taking MavRealty to the next level by developing an innovative way of conducting real estate. Mike can be reached by phone or email at any time. Just ask, "What are you working on?", and he will be delighted to fill you in on all his endeavors.
Born and raised in Clearwater, Mike graduated from Largo High School in 2004. Upon finishing High School, he jumped head first into Real Estate School. Once completed in January of 2005, Mike was recruited by a Real Estate Development Firm with an In-House Real Estate Brokerage. There, Mike worked as liaison between developers and buyers, oversaw vendor relations, and gained experience in construction and sales selling over 2.2 million of real estate by the young age of 20.
While expanding his real estate portfolio, Mike achieved his BA in Management and Organizational Leadership with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Along with this degree, Mike holds his license as a General Contractor.
In March of 2006, Mike enlisted in the US Army. He left for service in June of 2006 and after a 1-year tour in Iraq and another 2 tours in Germany, he was back in his hometown of Clearwater in November of 2012. Upon returning home, Mike founded Veteran Transitions, a non-profit organization that provided a platform for veterans to connect with each other and assisted them in gaining the skills to help with the transition of easing back into civilian life.
By May of 2013, Mike was back in the swing of things and soon became the COO of a real estate firm. In a short time, Mike had grown that firm to the #1 firm in the area four years running. Being able to hire, train, groom, and develop a team of professionals into a well-oiled machine was a fantastic experience along with the 250 million dollars of transaction experience.
In May of 2017, Mike decided to branch out and start his own real estate firm, MavRealty. In addition to this brokerage, he is co-owner of Belleair Asset Management Fund, LLC, a real estate development company which is dedicated to acquiring and renovating properties.
After a lot of hard work and determination, MavRealty has seen over-the-top success, opening three offices which include: Clearwater, Tampa, and Phoenix, Arizona. Mike’s vision is to expand MavRealty by opening offices in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Orlando, Jacksonville, Raleigh, and Memphis.

Kevin believes that success comes from exceeding people's expectations and a can-do attitude. There is no replacement for hard work. However, there's much to be said about smart work as well. Having worked in various industries, including the armored car business and uniforms, he's seen too many inefficiencies in corporations that result in wasted time, resources, and money. Often times, the only reason was because “that's how it's always been done.” Well, here at MavRealty, we do what makes sense: real, simple, efficient.
Kevin's goal is to help MavRealty reach its greatest potential. He believes that greatness is possible through honesty, integrity, and compassion. He accredits much of his success to his philosophy of leading from the front and being able to extract greatness from each team member.
After graduating from high school in 2005, Kevin joined the Wisconsin Army National Guard. He served as a Combat Medic and trained new recruits during his six year enlistment. His part-time soldier status allowed him to simultaneously advance his career, eventually earning a VP role, and complete his AS degree in Management and Business Computer Systems.
Kevin's journey has only recently brought him to Florida. He made his way from the great state of Wisconsin with stops in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Houston, Texas.
He hopes to help others find a path to success also. After being approached by a long-time Army buddy, Mr. Michael Hendzel, about helping veterans transition to the civilian workforce, Kevin eagerly agreed to help in any way he could through the non-profit organization, Veteran Transitions.
And the reason behind it all: family. Kevin married his high school sweetheart, and they've been blessed with four beautiful children. The kids keep him active during his time outside of the office, and you never know what adventure they'll take him on next.
Ric Feinberg was born in Rochester, New York and attended the State University of New York at Albany, where he acquired a BA in Psychology. He obtained his law degree from the University of Houston in 1986. He is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, the Texas Bar (inactive) and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Although Ric started his career representing large banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies, in 1994, he founded the law firm Debt Relief Legal Group to represent the interests of consumers and homeowners in bankruptcy matters and foreclosure defense. Debt Relief Legal Group became one of the nation’s largest filers of consumer bankruptcies. In this context, he has been inextricably involved in thousands of foreclosures, loan modifications, and financial workouts involving distressed and foreclosed properties.
In 2015, Ric sold his bankruptcy practice and is now the managing partner of Florida Legacy Law, LLC, a boutique law firm concentrating on real estate, probate, and asset protection.
Ric is also a partner of Flagship Title, LLC, one of Florida's premier title agencies. In this capacity, he is primarily responsible for vetting title related issues with respect to properties targeted for acquisition by Belleair Asset Management Fund, LLC, a real estate development company he co-owns with his partner Mike Hendzel. Belleair Asset Management, LLC, maintains a growing rental portfolio and is engaged in property management, wholesaling, renovation and sale of residential and commercial properties, and real estate development.
Finally, Ric is a co-owner and serves as in-house legal counsel for MavRealty, LLC, a multi-state real estate brokerage firm. As in-house counsel for MavRealty, Ric is constantly engaged in communication with MavRealty associates furthering the knowledge, strength, and excellence of the firm.
Ric is a founding member of the 13 Ugly Men, a non-profit organization consisting of philanthropic businessmen who have donated more than $1M to local charitable organizations benefiting families and regional fire and police departments.
Ric is married and enjoys spending his time being a devoted husband and a great dad to his 2 kids.
